Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization environments.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Implement security measures to safeguard the organization's data and systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the IT team, guiding them in resolving complex technical issues and projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver IT solutions that meet business needs.

• Lead and manage IT projects, from planning and design to implementation and evaluation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and adhere to quality standards.
• Administer and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers and services.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other critical services.
• Monitor system logs and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Investigate and resolve escalated technical issues reported by end-users or IT team members.
• Provide second and third-level support for complex IT problems.
• Implement and maintain IT security protocols and policies to safeguard against potential threats.
• Conduct periodic security assessments and audits.
• Disaster Recovery and Backup:
• Develop and manage disaster recovery plans and procedures.
• Conduct regular backups and ensure data integrity.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT systems, processes, and configuration documentation.
• Generate required reports on system performance, security, and project progress.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and support, with demonstrated experience in a senior or lead role.
• Proven expertise in designing and managing complex IT systems and environments.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, server administration, and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with security best practices and implementing IT security measures.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA, AWS, etc.) are a plus.
